HOW ADAPTIVE DIFFICULTY WORKS
The engine tracks your rolling accuracy over the last 5 questions. Answer 4+ correctly → difficulty increases. Answer 2 or fewer correctly → difficulty decreases. Answer 3/5 → stays the same. Questions are drawn from the bank at your current difficulty level, keeping the exam appropriately challenging throughout.
